**In more than a few cases this year, riders that would otherwise have won awards at their respective levels were disqualified for failure to perform their volunteer hours; in some cases, this meant we were unable to award more than one or two awards per class. PLEASE--remember there is a volunteer hour requirement in order to be eligible for circuit awards! There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
