Long-time CDS San Diego supporter Jane Brown now has FIVE cookbooks for the equestrian to choose from!
Each book, printed on 100 pound recycled gloss-coated paper and spiral-bound with clear protective covers, is made with the busy cook in mind. At 5" x 7", they are easy to hold and take up little counterspace.
- QUIT HORSING AROUND and GET COOKING is her original cookbook.
- PRELUDE is devoted to before-dinner diversions (i.e., hors d'oeuvres and salads).
- LÉGUMES S'IL VOUS PLAÎT is a greatly expanded version of the original cookbook. It acknowledges the 14,000,000+ vegetarians in the USA. Local trainer Sandy Burns Gardner helped Jane get excited over creating this book.
- ACT II is an expanded version of how to cook now, freeze, then enjoy the cuisine later—the ideal choice for the busy equestrian who would otherwise have to choose between horse and healthy eating during the week.
- LET'S CELEBRATE - her newest - is 174 pages of international and national holidays and we can all enjoy celebrating.
