Thanks for Saddle Pads for Honduras
Dr. Donna Richardson writes:
I received an email from Father John Donald to whom we sent the pads, who writes:
"I finally received the saddle pads. I travelled 25
miles toward the coast to Trujillo and there they were, all over the
bishop's office. The saddle pads are quite luxurious and the campesinos
should be quite a sight when they use them. Perhaps some would be
better used as pillows! I put one on the seat of our very old parish
car. The rest will be given out to parishoners at our next monthly
meeting."Father Donald sends his sincere thanks. He would take a
picture of the pads in use but a camera is not one of the things he
owns. I would love to let all the CDS Chapter members know their
donations at the fall chapter show finally reached the intended
recipients and that they are making a positive difference in equine and
human lives!
