Confused about the entry process?
In order to compete during the show season, current copies of the USEF, USDF, and CDS membership cards for the rider, owner, horse and trainer must be included in the entry form. USEF, USDF, and CDS require the show management to verify these memberships in order to compete or be subjected to non-membership fees. If you don’t have a current copy of your USEF or USDF cards, you can go to the USEF website at www.USEF.org or the USDF website at www.USDF.org and look-up/ print out your membership information.
When you complete your entry form and premium, please check to make sure you haven’t forgotten the following:
- Complete address for Rider, Owner, and Trainer.
- Membership numbers for the Rider, Owner, Trainer, and Horse written on the entry form as required.
- Copy of the current USEF, USDF, and CDS membership cards for the Rider and Owner.
- Copy of the current USEF membership card for the Trainer.
- Copy of the current USEF and USDF membership cards for the horse.
- Signatures for Rider, Owner, Trainer, Parent/Guardian and Coach (as applicable) on the back of the entry. “SAME” is not a signature.
Provide stabling information. If not stabling, you are required to pay a grounds fee as noted on the entry. Double check your fees and total amount of payment due. Provide a copy of the qualifying test if riding a freestyle test as noted in the Rules, Regulations, and General Information #24. If the attached copies of the cards are expired, the entry will be subjected to non-membership fees.
